The Diamond Dogs begin their series against fifth-ranked Arkansas.

Georgia returns to SEC action with a three-game series against fifth-ranked Arkansas at Foley Field beginning Thursday at 7:02 p.m. on SEC Network and the Georgia Bulldog Sports Network.

Georgia (20-17, 4-11 SEC) returns to Foley Field after spending the previous three Saturdays on the road in the tough SEC. 

Fifth-ranked Arkansas (30-7, 11-4 SEC) is the Bulldogs' fourth straight top 10 SEC opponent after going 1-2 last weekend at No. 2 Florida.

Georgia upset the Gators with a seven-run ninth inning to win the opener 13-11, and game two was tied 1-1 going into the ninth before the Gators won 2-1 on the walk-off.

with the Bulldogs throwing out the tying run at the plate to close the game! RF Josh Stinson hit a grounder to 2B Mason LaPlante, who scored on a grounder by C Fernando Gonzalez.

Stinson drove home the game-winning run with an RBI-double in the fourth inning, as neither side scored in the last five frames.

Meanwhile, Arkansas leads the Western Division and recently swept Tennessee in Fayetteville.
