NASCAR Power Rankings: Hendrick trio tops three

Kyle Larson has finished in the top five in four of his previous nine races, including the last two victories. In five of the last seven races, he has led laps.

He should therefore be at the top of this week's power rankings. It also seems appropriate to rank Hendrick Motorsports.

Drivers 1-2-3 on this list as the team is now operating at "full strength" with all of its crew chiefs present and Chase Elliott back on the track.

As the season moves to Talladega Superspeedway this weekend, here is how I see the top ten drivers at the moment.

The fact that Larson has won at two races  Martinsville and Richmond which are not typically his best tracks, should certainly alarm the opposition.

Also not one of his better songs is Talladega. So go ahead and give him the prize. I'm joking.

Kinda.Bowman placed 11th at Martinsville but was one of the most reliable vehicles in the field as he spent the majority of.

The day inside the top 12. If not for his 60-point fine, he would be in the lead in the standings, and thus far this season, he doesn't seem to have had a terrible day on a paved track.
