Foo Fighters Announce New Album But Here We Are, Share Song: Listen

But Here We Are, the next album from the Foo Fighters, will be released on June 2 via Roswell Records and RCA Records.

The band has released the lead song, "Rescued," along with the entire tracklist and artwork, today. Greg Kurstin and the band produced the album.

According to a press statement, Here We Are is a "brutally honest and emotionally raw response to everything Foo Fighters endured over the last year,

Referring to drummer Taylor Hawkins' untimely death last year. Hawkins died while on tour with the band in Bogotá,

Colombia, at the age of 50. The remaining gigs were canceled by the band.

At the end of 2022, the Foo Fighters will return to the stage for two all-star Hawkins tribute gigs.

They plan to continue touring and performing at festivals in May. Medicine at Midnight, the band's most recent album, was released in 2021.
